The deal
Short, because the deal is short. You talk to us for about fifteen minutes or fill in a form, then pay A$99 once. You get your papers by email. Nobody calls you.
What you get
- Three Fixes. Three things you can switch on this week, with the exact words to run them.
- The Bigger Opportunities. The problems in your week that are bigger than an off-the-shelf tool, or what sits behind each quick win once it is running: written so you could do it yourself or hand it to any agency.
- The Pricing Sheet. What this kind of work actually costs, with the sample sizes shown.
- The Questions. Twelve questions to ask an agency, each with what a fair answer sounds like for your business.
Separate short PDFs, by email, one per paper. The price is A$99, once, in Australian dollars and including GST. There is no subscription and no second charge.
What we promise
The report is written from what you actually said, for your actual business. It is not a template with your name at the top.
Nobody calls you. Nobody follows up. You get your report by email, or one email asking for more when it cannot be written yet, and nothing else.
When we refuse
Some conversations need more detail before we can write an honest report. Some kinds of business are outside what we cover for now. When we cannot write it honestly, we refuse rather than pad it out. You are told why. You can have another go at the intake. If you would rather not, the A$99 is refunded.
We would rather say the fit is not there than send you pages of generic advice.
The refund
If the fixes for this week are things you already do, reply to the report email. A person reads that reply and replies within one business day. If the fit is wrong, the A$99 is refunded. There is no form and no argument.
What we ask of you
Answer honestly, including the awkward numbers. The report is only as good as what you tell us, and the one thing we cannot work around is answers with not much in them.
What the report is not
It is advice about where your time goes and what to try. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not guarantee a result. What you do with it is your call.
Who you are dealing with
Three Fixes is run by Hayden Ruawai, ABN 93 037 863 304, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Payments are processed by Stripe. Questions go to hello@threefixes.com, and a person answers.
