How it works: your AI starting plan, A$99 once · Three Fixes
Three Fixes Show me where to start

Tell us more. Get more back.

You do not need to learn AI. You need to know where it would help in your week, and what to ask for. That is the whole job of the A$99.

Tell us about your week

Out loud, typed, or the questions on a form, one screen at a time. Your own words, messy is fine. The more you put in, the more you get out.

Pay once, at the end

By card, after your answers are in. No call, no follow-up, no list. That is the only time we take anything from you.

Your papers land

What you can do yourself tonight, the bigger opportunities in your week counted in hours, and the two things nobody selling to you will say: what fair help costs, and what to ask them.

Questions people ask

What exactly do I get in my report?

Four short papers, separate PDFs: three fixes for this week with the words written out, the bigger opportunities in your week, counted in hours, the pricing sheet, and the questions to ask whoever you hire.

Do you build or set any of this up?

We sell an AI starting plan for your business. You receive four PDFs explaining where to start, practical steps to take this week, bigger opportunities to consider, what agencies charge and what to ask before hiring someone.

You put the plan into action yourself or choose someone to help. We do not build, set up, run, host or maintain anything for you.

How much does this usually cost?

Sold one to one, having someone look at your business and tell you where AI would help runs about US$1,000: US$999 for a 45 minute call and a written report, or US$1,035 for one problem and one recommendation. Three Fixes gives you the same answer for A$99: the fixes you can start today, the bigger opportunities in your week and what they are worth, and what fair help costs if you want it. Written for your business in about fifteen minutes, and nobody books you into a video call.

Why is it only A$99?

It is not cheap, it is priced for what it saves you. You are not paying for a meeting. Most of them bill an hour of someone's time, then try to sell you the work. We put the work in once, building the papers, so every owner gets the whole report for A$99 and nobody follows up to sell. Put us on a video call and we would charge like everyone else.

Is this legit? What is the catch?

A$99 buys your AI starting plan, delivered as four PDFs by email. You spend about fifteen minutes describing your week by voice, typed chat or a form, then pay at the end of the intake, before the plan is written and sent.

An AI writes the plan from what you tell us. There is no subscription or second offer. You can read the sample plans before you start, and the payment and refund terms are on our terms page.

No call. No follow-up. No pitch.

Who is this for?

Owners of small businesses who know AI is here and want to know where it would actually help, without giving up a weekend to find out. If you already use AI a lot, the report still finds the gaps, but it is written first for owners starting from scratch.

How do you know my business?

We read what you tell us and nothing else. That is why we ask about hours and what you use today. More detail in means a more useful report out.

What if you tell me things I already do?

Then we have not heard the real problem yet, and we keep asking. Reply to the report email with a line on what you already do, and we read it and ask the questions that get under it. Every owner who comes here has something eating their week. Finding it is the job, and we keep going until we have.

What is the best way to tell you about my business?

Talking gets the most down for the least effort. Typing suits a quiet office. The form is quickest and saves on your device, so you can come back to it. Pick whichever you would actually finish.

How private is what I tell you?

We read your answers to write your report, and for nothing else. Your details stay with us, and nobody from here calls you or tries to sell you anything.

What is in the pricing sheet?

What agencies charge for each of the six things they sell small businesses: the AI receptionist, speed to lead (answering a new enquiry within minutes), reviews on a schedule, a custom build, the monthly fee and the setup fee. The range for each, how to tell which end you are being quoted from, and the questions that move you down it. Written for a business your size. The menu itself is free to read: what agencies sell.

What are the questions?

Twelve questions to ask anyone who wants to build something for you, with what a fair answer sounds like and what a bad one sounds like. Three of them are free on this site, questions to ask an agency. The other nine come in your report, written for your kind of business.

Where does the pricing come from?

From 350 recorded sales talks and training sessions aimed at people who sell AI services to small businesses, read in August 2026. The figures stay in US dollars, the way they were quoted, so you see the real numbers and not our guess at an exchange rate. We did that reading so you do not have to.

Why not just ask ChatGPT myself?

You can, and the Three Fixes paper gives you the words to do exactly that, already written for your business. The difference is the sorting: which three things, of everything in your week, are worth fixing first, and which ones are bigger than a tool. Some of them are not AI at all, just a better way to do the job.

Why did you email me?

Polly from Three Fixes sends a single introductory email to published business email addresses. There is no follow-up sales email. Reply "stop" and we will not send you marketing emails again.

Is it a sales pitch for an agency?

No. The A$99 plan is the whole offer. There is no sales call, follow-up pitch or second offer. You can use the plan yourself or take it to someone you choose.

We email your plan and may ask a question needed to finish it. If you contact us with a question or a problem, we reply.
