What we do with your words
You tell us how your week actually goes. That is personal, and this page says exactly what happens to it. No legal padding, because a privacy page nobody can read protects nobody.
What we collect
- What you tell us. The conversation or the form answers: what your business does, where the time goes, what it costs you.
- How to reach you. Your first name, your business name and your email address, so the report can be written for you and sent to you.
- Your website, if you give one. Optional. If you share it, we may read your public pages so we understand your business better. It is never used for anything else.
- Your payment. Handled by Stripe. We never see or hold your card number.
Who reads it
The software that writes your report. We use AI software to read your answers and find your fixes, then build the papers from what you told us.
One human, the person who runs Three Fixes, can read it too. They will look at it if something goes wrong with your report, if you write in with a question, or while we are checking early reports before they go out. Nobody else sees it. It is not sold, not shared with an agency, and not used to build a marketing list.
The systems behind it, plainly: the voice conversation runs on ElevenLabs, your answers are read by Anthropic's Claude to write the papers, the papers are stored with Amazon Web Services, the report email is sent by Resend, your records live in a Neon database, and payment runs through Stripe. Some of these companies process your words outside Australia, in the United States. That is the only reason your words ever leave Australia.
We count visits with Plausible, which sets no cookies.
When you arrive from one of our ads, the Meta pixel records that visit and whether you start or pay, so we can tell which ad worked. It sets a cookie. An ad blocker or your browser settings stop it, and the site works the same either way.
On the home page and the pages that explain what you get, Microsoft Clarity may record anonymous visits so we can see where a page confuses people, and it never records what you type.
How long we keep it
Your report and the answers behind it are kept so you can ask for them again if you lose the email. We keep them for twelve months, then they are deleted.
The report files sit in private storage that needs a signed, expiring link to open. There is no public URL to your report.
What you can ask for
- Your report again. Lost the email? Write to us and we will send it back.
- A copy of what you told us. Ask and we will send it.
- Deletion. Ask and we will delete your answers, your report and your record. We will confirm when it is done.
All three go to the same place: hello@threefixes.com. A person reads that mailbox.
You get your report by email, or one email asking for ten more minutes when it cannot be written yet. Nothing else, ever: no list, no newsletter, nothing to unsubscribe from. If you reply, a person reads it and replies within one business day.
