How do I write product descriptions faster?
Give a chatbot three listings you wrote and liked, then for each new piece give it one photo and the facts only you know: what it is made of, what makes it different, the sizes or colours on the shelf, the price, and what you would say to a customer holding it. Check it, paste it, next piece.
A new delivery lands, and getting it online eats a whole day: photographing every piece, writing a description for each style, typing in the sizes and colours. So the stock sits in the back, or the descriptions all start to sound the same, or the listing happens at eleven at night after close.

Then, for each piece, give it one photo and the facts it cannot guess: what it is made of, what makes this one different, the sizes or colours you actually have on the shelf, the price, and the one thing you would say to a customer holding it. Ask for the title, the description, and the sizes and colours as a table in the order your website wants them.
Check every size, colour and price against the shelf before you paste. A chatbot can write a lovely sentence about a size you do not stock, and the customer who orders it will not care how nice the sentence was.
Done this way, a delivery can go live the afternoon it lands instead of the Sunday after. The photos and the facts stay yours. The typing does not.
